Bij de UIT kun je op stage lopen als Event Manager<\/strong> of als lid van het UIT Team<\/strong> bij een van de beschikbare functies. Je bent binnen het volledige team verantwoordelijk voor een specifiek takenpakket. Deze kunnen vallen onder: programma, logistiek, communicatie, deelnemers of een combinatie. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan taken zoals: het meedenken het opzetten van programmaonderdelen, het uitwerken van idee\u00ebn tot realistische plannen, werken aan de operationele kant van het evenement, content maken voor de UIT, werving van vrijwilligers en nog veel meer. Je bent echt van begin tot eind betrokken bij de organisatie van deze unieke studentenweek.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What are the requirements?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • You are an MBO, HBO or WO student of a relevant degree program<\/li>
  • You have an affinity with student life and the city of Utrecht.<\/li>
  • You can work well both independently and as part of a team.<\/li>
  • You keep an overview, even in busy situations, and think in solutions.<\/li>
  • You can work well on multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>
  • You communicate clearly and organize with pleasure.<\/li>
  • You live in Utrecht or the surrounding area.<\/li>
  • You are excited to develop yourself as well as contribute to one of the best weeks of the year.<\/li>
  • Available for 4-5 days a week (at least 5 in July and August)<\/li>
  • Period: 6 months, start date in consultation\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      During my internship at the UITweek I had a super fun and educational period. Not only did I get to work on one of the biggest student events in Utrecht, but I also got the chance to develop a new component myself. In the process, I was in contact with many different parties and worked with an enthusiastic team of students.<\/p>

      What I found so valuable:<\/p>

      • You expand your network tremendously and meet many new people.<\/li>
      • You get real hands-on experience in event organization.<\/li>
      • You may take on projects independently, but will always receive guidance as needed.<\/li>
      • You will discover how much fun it is to organize something by and for students.<\/li><\/ul>

        For me, this was the first time I participated in organizing an induction week, and I learned an awful lot, both personally and professionally. Thanks to the committed guidance and the fine team, I was able to develop myself, take responsibility and actively contribute to various program elements.<\/p>

        The very best moment? When you stand on the podium, look out over all the participants and realize: we made this possible together! You never forget that feeling of pride. That is why I can recommend it to everyone: the UITweek is a great place to learn, gain experience and have fun.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
