We make exceptions for the following situations:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">You are not admitted to your studies.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">There are serious personal circumstances that prevent you from participating.<\/li><\/ul><p>In these cases, you can unsubscribe via:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:deelnemers@utrechtseintroductietijd.nl\">deelnemers@utrechtseintroductietijd.nl<\/a>. In those specific cases, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee if you notify us of your cancellation via this email address by July 31, 2025. If this happens, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. We will check your ID at the entrance.
