of hospitality managers to discuss everything involved in setting up and inventorying the bars during the UIT. Hospitality experience is a<br \/>requirement. It is also important that you are available full-time during the UIT. You are also expected to help out behind the scenes with the team of hospitality managers for the UIT.<\/p><p>In the week before the UIT you will have a mandatory crew day with all other crew members, catering managers and the event managers. During this day you will receive information about the tasks and what exactly is expected of you during the UIT.  Besides the informative part, the main focus of this day will be to create a team bond between all crew members. Through fun activities we will make sure that you as a group are ready for the UIT and will function optimally.\u00a0<\/p><p>You can only become a hospitality manager if you study in the Netherlands and are 18 years or older during the UIT.
