ORGANIZATIONS ON THE UIT

During UIT, there is plenty of space for organisations to get in touch with the UITrunner and/or recruit members. This year, this is possible during the association market, the sports market, the cultural festival and through the UIT dinner and mentors. Below you will find all the information regarding signing up for these parts.

City introduction (Monday)
During the city introduction, there will be an information market spread throughout the city centre. This market is for organisations and parties that are useful for the new student, think about housing, side jobs, social issues and international organisations. The UIT information market is an excellent opportunity to position your organisation among new first-year students.

The idea is to have parties that complement each other and fit together at the same location. Locations are Mariaplaats, Domplein, Paardenveld, Neude, Lepelenburg and the UB Courtyard. At the different locations, the market will consist of market stalls, music and various activities.

UITeten (Monday)
During UIT, all UIT runners eat at restaurants and student organisations on Mondays. Groups are divided based on capacity the venues.

Association market (Tuesday)
The association market is the place for societies to promote the association at the UITloper.

Sports market (Tuesday)
The sports market is where the sports associations stand and there is all sorts of things to do. Registrations for this go through Olympos.

Cultural & Food festival (Wednesday)
The Cultural & Food festival features a market for cultural student organisations. In addition, cultural student organisations can perform on stage or give workshops.
