RETURNS POLICY
In principle, if you have purchased a ticket (online or physical) and payment has been completed, you cannot get your entry fee back. We make exceptions for the following situations:
- You were not admitted to your studies.
- There are serious personal circumstances that prevent you from participating.
In these cases, you can unsubscribe at: deelnemers@utrechtseintroductietijd.nl. You will receive a full refund of your registration fee in those specific cases if you submit your unsubscription via this email address before July 25, 2024. After July 25, we do not refund registration fees.
WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Credit is refunded approximately one week after the OFF. Did you not get all your money back by August 31? Then email fiscaat@utrechtseintroductietijd.nl.
CANCELLATION FROM THE ORGANIZATION
It may happen that we from the organization decide not to let the UIT go ahead due to measures and circumstances. Should this be the case, you will get a full refund of the registration fee. We will of course inform you in detail about this.
TICKET BY NAME
The ticket you purchased is by name, which means your ticket cannot be resold to someone else. We will check your ID at admission. Therefore, should you unexpectedly be unable to participate, you must follow the above return policy.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment methods: BCMC, Mastercard, Maestor, VISA, Sofort, CBC online, Belfius Direct Net, IDEAL, KBC Online. Currency: Euro.
When paying by credit card, the amount will be charged directly at the time of the transaction.
