Supercrew

Each year, the UIT is also looking for a group of enthusiastic and energetic people who want to be part of the super crew. Think about helping with crew and mentor day, writing the UIT magazine, making social media posts, working on audio and so on.

There are many activities taking place for the UIT, would you like to help with that? Then supercrew is for you! Together we will look for tasks that you enjoy doing and that give you energy.

What are the tasks?

As part of the supercrew, prior to the UIT you will help together or alone with work that takes place before the UIT. In addition, it would be great if you also help out during the UIT. 

It is important to us that you do a job that you enjoy. Therefore, together we will look at the possibilities and use your talents in the best way. 

What are the requirements?

As a super crew, it is important that you are enthusiastic and available prior to the UIT. Additionally, it would be nice if you are available during the UIT and already have experience with the UIT in some way. Such as participants, mentor, crew, former board, ect. 

What do I get in return?

If you are a supercrew, you certainly don't do it for nothing. By working as a supercrew, you get a unique glimpse into the world of event organization and help out. Not only is it interesting to experience the organization of such a big event up close, it also brings fun benefits! 

You also get a crew shirt and jersey, a bag, free meals (if you work your shift during dinnertime), tokens for drinks, crew days, crew drinks and, of course, lots of appreciation! 

There are possibilities for a small volunteer fee for certain work/large amount of hours. This will be looked at and assessed on a situation-by-situation basis.

Applications for supercrew are open at all times! Send a mail to deelnemers@utrechtseintroductietijd.nl in which you introduce yourself, briefly tell something about your motivation and what you like to do.
