Each year during the UIT, a group of enthusiastic students are active as part of the media crew to help capture the UIT in all sorts of different ways!

Then the media crew might be for you!
What are the duties of a media crew member?
Each year we are looking for:
- Talented students who want to help create the video material: editors, cameramen and camerwomen, presenters, directors or otherwise individuals with creative video ideas. We will release a compilation video of each day and, in addition, we would like to make several videos leading up to the UIT
- Photographers who can shoot the best pictures for the UITmagazine and during the UIT itself. To find out what you can do for the UITmagazine, please click on this link for more information!
What are the requirements?
As a media crew, it is important that you are good at capturing and editing video footage and/or taking photos. It is also important that you are available full-time during the UIT. Before and after the UIT you will also be engaged in filming and photography. Owning your own equipment is a plus, but not required.
What do I get in return?
At the times when you are not at work, thanks to your band, you of course have access to all our parties and activities. Your gets a crew shirt and jersey, a bag, free meals, tokens for drinks, two crew days, crew reunions, crew drinks and, of course, lots of appreciation! In addition, your articles, photos or videos are viewed by more than 5,000 people!
The great thing about the media crew is that together with them you are a close team, together you make all the visual material while having super fun!

Applications for media crew 2025 are open! Sign up by emailing to communicatie@utrechtseintroductietijd.nl in which you introduce yourself and briefly tell something about your motivation + your CV or portfolio. Please mail no later than July 25, 2025, note: full = full!
