We work together to ensure you have a great start to your college life. That’s why UIT collaborates with organizations dedicated to creating a positive, safe, and inclusive student experience. Together with the impact partners of UIT2026, we’re helping to build a college town where everyone feels welcome.
Caribu
Want to make a social impact together? Together with Careibu, you can reach engaged young people who want to help children, seniors, and other residents of Utrecht. This could involve supporting a mentoring program, organizing a special event, or mobilizing employees. In this way, we create meaningful connections and a visible impact in the city. Interested? Contact us at and discover what we can achieve together.
UP-Utrecht
A place where entrepreneurs, organizations, and residents work together to promote reuse, repair, and upcycling. Stop by for a free open workshop, workshops, classes, and events! Together, we can make sure things last longer, so we throw away less and buy fewer new materials.
De Arm Thrift Store
Kringloop de ARM is a nonprofit, environmentally friendly organization that has been involved in the thrift store business for 40 years. The proceeds from sales are used to create (social) employment opportunities, provide care and assistance, and improve the environment.
Young Impact
We’re convinced that change starts with taking action: not endlessly talking while idly watching the clock, but getting to work… as if your life depended on it. Through inspiring events, challenging projects, and innovative (educational) programs, Young Impact gives young people the tools to bring about real change. We help them step out of their comfort zones, broaden their horizons, and take responsibility. Curious about what you can do today? Follow us on Instagram and TikTok at @youngimpactnl or learn more on our website.
