Bikes
During the UIT it is definitely advisable to have a bicycle at your disposal so that you are not dependent on public transport or other participants. At several locations in Utrecht there are bikes for sale or OV bikes for rent, but you can also have a look on Marktplaats for second hand bikes!
Sleeps
During the UIT there is a cool program every night that allows you to discover Utrecht! If you don't have a room (yet), it might be nice to arrange a place to sleep.

FAMILY OR FRIENDS
The vast majority of participants are staying with family or friends who live in Utrecht. They already live in the most beautiful student city in the Netherlands and will probably love it if you sleep with them for a few days.
STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS
You can sometimes get a place to sleep through student organizations if you contact them. You then stay at the home of members of the association: cozy and free!
HOTEL OR HOSTEL
Utrecht has several hotels and hostels. Many UITlopers make use of these. But be on time, before everything is full.
Mentors
Sometimes you can also stay with your mentor or someone in your group. However, you cannot assume this in advance, so make arrangements in the meantime!
