House Rules UIT
The participant is prospective (master’s) student at one of the participating educational institutions: University Utrecht, University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, HKU, University for Humanistics, Marnix Academy, TIO, ROC Midden-Nederland, MBO Utrecht and Mimento.
DURING THE UIT
The UIT Alcohol- and Drug policy applies to all events. This includes:
- Provison of alcohol to people under the age of 18 is not permitted;
- Consuming of alcohol under the age of 18 is not allowed
- The posession, use and/or being under the influence of hard and/or soft drugs and laughing gas will not be tolerated
The UIT may decide to make a visual and/or sound recordings (including via drone footage or screen recordings from online calling platforms) of the event and it’s visitors. These recordings may be public or reproduced. The participant/ volunteer grants unconditional permission to make these recordings and exploitation thereof without the UIT or third parties owing any compensation to the visitors. Any neighbouring and/or copyright and/or portrait right the visitor hereby transfers to the organisation. Furthermore, the visitor irrevocably waives the right to appeal to invoke his/her moral rights. Images and photographs may be removed written request.
