During the UIT, there is plenty of room for organizations to connect with the UIT runner and/or recruit members. This year that is possible during the association market, the sports market, the cultural festival and through the UIT dinner and mentoring. Below you will find all the information regarding registering for these parts.

City Introduction (Monday)
During the city introduction, there will be an information market spread throughout downtown. This market is for organizations and parties that are useful to the new student, think housing, side jobs, social issues and international organizations. The UIT information market is an excellent opportunity to position your organization among new first-year students.
The idea is to have parties that complement each other and fit together in the same location. Locations are Mariaplaats, Domplein, Paardenveld, Neude, Lepelenburg and the UB Courtyard. At the different locations, the market will consist of market stalls, music and various activities.

1TP1Eating (Monday)
During the UIT, all UIT runners eat at restaurants and student organizations on Mondays. Groups are assigned based on capacity the locations.

Association market (Tuesday)
The association fair is the place for societies to promote the association to the UITloper.

Sports market (Tuesday)
At the sports market, the sports associations will stand and there will be all kinds of things to do. Registrations for this will go through Olympos.
Cultural & Food festival (Wednesday)
The Cultural & Food festival will feature a market for cultural student organizations. In addition, cultural student organizations can perform on stage or give workshops.

The grand finale of the week. With various actvities, food, drinks and many artists.

Mentors and crew through your association
Students can sign up themselves to become UITmentor or crew, but this can also be done through an association. The association is given the opportunity to have the association's name printed on the shirt. This will make you a lot of promotion as an association.
