UITboard 2025
Do you want to introduce over 4,000 first-year students to the beautiful city of Utrecht? Then organise the Utrecht Introduction Time (UIT) 2025! We are still looking for some members for our board!
On 5 April from 19:00 (‘t Gras van de Buren) and 15 April from 16:30 (Het7de) we are organising two interest meetings, check our Instagram for more details.

What does a board year at the UIT entail?
- Organiseren van het grootste studentenevenement van Utrecht
- Een bestuursjaar vanaf november mét financiële vergoeding (fulltime bestuursbeurs als je hiervoor in aanmerking komt)
- Mogelijkheid om studie te volgen t/m februari 2025
- 10 maanden kennis opdoen en nieuwe vaardigheden ontwikkelen
- Samen met jouw mede bestuurders een onUITwisbare UIT 2025 neerzetten!
Als Functionaris Deelnemers en Fiscaat ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- The recruitment of crew and mentors
- The planning and scheduling of crew and mentors
- Liaising and maintaining contact with the various educational institutions
- Supporting finances in close cooperation with the project leader
As Communications Officer, you will be responsible for:
- The media and press
- Maintaining the socials and managing the website
- Decorating / visibility of the UIT
- Developing and processing the house style
As Sponsorship Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining contact with sponsors
- Searching for new (creative) collaborations
- Budgeting (in collaboration with project leader)
- Quotations and invoices
As Functionaries Programme, your responsibilities include:
- Devising and setting up (new) programme elements
- Putting together the full UIT 2025 programme
- Liaising and maintaining contact with suppliers and partners
- Coordinating programme elements during UIT
We are looking for several people for this position.
Is experience with the UIT a requirement?
Experience with the UIT as an event manager, crew, mentor or experience in a committee may be useful. It is not a requirement! Also, you do not have to be a member of a student organisation to be considered for the UIT board.
